Nothing loads at all for me. Edit - tried to remove my account to add it back, after inputting username and password, I just see a pop up for client error: code 403. Might be because when I access lemm.ee on the web I now have to clear the cloudflare check

It seems this borked access for third party apps and the different front ends for Lemmy webpage. It is just showing network error
Hello, I have the same problem using lemm.ee instance. Seems they had downtime and it might have something to do with bot checks? I cannot seem to connect to my instance using your app and even using the different front ends for the web page.

Same here. My android app and the front ends I use for the webpage can't connect to lemmee still.
I don't know how to code, but I did a lot of internet searching on the commands to use (since I was also new to Linux). When I started to self host I was lucky the projects I wanted were popular enough that they had good documentation. Eventually after spinning up a lot of services I got the hang of the general structure of docker compose files and that's the extent of any kind of new language I learned, haha
The answer is Stremio + Torrentio with Real Debrid.
Great article. Interesting you went with Heroic, as a relatively new Linux gamer I do find Lutris easier to work with since most of the settings have toggles. But I have both installed anyway haha
Thank you very much for a great service, I use lemmy exclusively with alexandrite!
Emily Blunt killed it in this movie
This is what I use for myself as well. I feel if you have fast enough internet, it's great since you don't have to worry about storage and it's just streaming on demand with no buffer.
My first foray into Linux was Pop OS since I read it was a good beginner distro... eventually I got frustrated with the amount of programs I tried to install that were way out of date if installed through Ubuntu.. having to add repositories was annoying and they weren't even the latest versions. I then switched to EndeavourOS and I've been happy! I know arch isn't considered a "beginner" distro, but I've found it quite stable.
Oh I see, it seems to be blocking my access here in Singapore (both my mobile data and my home fiber network). I can only use the app right now if I use a VPN to switch to another country.
@[email protected] Unfortunately the user agents do not help in my case :-( but as mentioned by @[email protected] it is not an app problem.
For now, I am just accessing lemm.ee via webpage in my browser since I have to clear the cloudflare check.
