An easy company to get behind

 

Chapman’s, the country's only national, Canadian-owned ice cream brand, says consumers will not be paying higher prices for ice cream this season, even though the trade war with the U.S. will increase their operating costs. The company says it will need to move on from U.S. suppliers, some of whom they’ve had decades-long relationships with, and find new international contracts for various materials for their ice cream.

Globally, according to research by the Rocky Mountain Institute, EVs will comprise two-thirds of the world’s car sales by 2030. However, according to the World Resources Institute, “EVs need to account for 75 percent to 95 percent of passenger vehicle sales by 2030 in order to meet international climate goals aimed at keeping global warming to 1.5 degrees C (2.7 degrees F).”

 

Sure, the first year (or two) of COVID were wretched, but most of those barriers have since cleared — yet I'm still struggling. I've noticed the same with a number of people within my family and neighbourhood.
