Only works for one smart ass.

jeez man, I didn't know the looks of strangers were such an important topic to you.
Almost like there's subjectivity at play. Imo their noses look very similar, dad's is just longer and bigger which is normal with age.
The eyes are very clearly similar to me but maybe your perception tells you otherwise.

Maybe take a breather, drink a glass of water and consider whether this topic is important enough to scream at anonymous strangers on the internet.

so it turns out that dad is probably older than the kid.

You could try slotting the isolated exercises into a different day, since tri and biceps are involved in several of the compound exercises.

I'm not a pro by any means though, i just play it by ear.

Thats a big "depends".

A lot of us are in tech, so remote is a possibility. Alternatively nearby the big city we live in currently would be ideal. However in my heart of hearts I'd hope that we could arrange in a way where only those that want to work do work. The rest take care of the house, the garden..

Idk im from central/western europe too. For me family is a difficult topic, since I'd like to cut some out but i dont have the heart to go through with it fully.

So low contact it is. Idk what the future holds, but i cant see myself caring for that part of the family personally. Sure, I'll arrange caretakers etc but I'm never gonna have that person live in my hypothetical mansion.

The dream would be to get the closest group together to buy land (or take them with to the family home if there's space), to build a community together.

Same! Pre / post uni friends is the rough line for me. I have one friend from school still, a few from uni but the rest is more recent than that.

Still, I'd argue (re the previous post but my reply fit better here) that even the "nostalgia friends" aren't any different from birth family.

Family just comes with more inherent guilt to uphold the nostalgia lol

Been playing a bunch of stuff lately! Still deeply in love with Caves of Qud, a modern (ish, 14y of development) rpg in the classic rogue format. A true rogue like. Beautiful music, cool setting..

I got a steam deck so couch-compatible games like Cobalt Core, Get to Work and Enter the Gungeon.

Besides that, the usual rounds of Tarkov, and some Delta Force to try it out post release

In that case, maybe check if a nearby gym has free trials or affordable sessions with a coach.

Sometimes exercises are a bit unintuitive and need attention to specific movements.

Basically Title.

Been to Wacken recently and a friend and I were discussing what could be seen as the biggest name in metal currently.
Since we're "old", we could only come up with yesteryears titans.

Are there any more recent names that currently dominate the industry? Get played on day to day radio like our childhood bands did?
