It's been 15 months since I made my last (very large) batch of soap bars. Went back online today looking to purchase soaping oils. Dayum! Some of the oils I use have DOUBLED in price. I was bummed. I can understand an increase, but doubled... . No words here.

There was no way we were going to use the city-issued small organic green container for indoor use. It was too small, had perforations on the top, and they suggested you bring it into your kitchen! No thanks. We got a bigger container, with a solid seal, and it lives outside. :: I think the organic waste recycle program should be called the San Diego Rat Development program.
