I'd like to go to Vegas sometime. I don't gamble but would like to see the place that gave birth to the snowclone "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas". I think there's a good chance it'll disappear/collapse soon due to climate change, and I want to see the "before" of a monument to man's hubris that spits in the face of water usage.

              Chicago to see architecture
San Francisco just to spend a day chilling and watching the fog from somewhere quiet
pacific northwest for rain; I lived in england for part of my childhood and i miss the consistent rain a bit
somewhere with mountains covered in snow, probably colorado?
upstate New York in the fall, to see the trees and smell the apple orchards
