The pictures look like screen grabs of a zoom call, not really profile pics.

Most romance scammers steal random photos from online. “Nicole” could be a yahoo boy in Lagos, or multiple guys working for a quasi-state approved Russian operation.

I don't think this is a romance scam. The linked matrix basically doxes her workplace and all of her images, like you said, appear to be from a webcam. It looks more like harassment to me.
