Last I knew only 2 U.S. zoos had Giant Pandas, maybe 3. San Diego had a live panda cam Accessible online, and Atlanta had them as well, and red pandas (not closely related to a panda outside the name but fucking cute).
So I assume you can likely swap in Brown and Black bears to hit your joke.
It's because Giant Pandas come with worse license terms than Adobe products.
China owns not only your pandas, but also any offspring. Piss off Xi and your panda contract won't be up for renewal.
