Can confirm a cheap drawing tablet is cheaper than new triple AAA video games... or at least mine was a few years ago. Don't know about now, but I got mine for somewhere around $40-something ( before any tax and shipping and handling ) from XP-Pen ( Star G640 ) and although it's not super fancy, it's pretty good for the garbage digital art I have made in the past.

Though, I will also say you can also easily get a cheap notebook and some cheap pencils and bam! You have the materials to learn to draw, especially considering you most likely already have access to the Internet, which is one of the best and worst ways to help you learn to draw due to the sheer amount of resources out there.
