Are sheep that friendly that they cuddle with people?! I think all sheep I've seen are pros at running away...

Sheep are really friendly. I guess as herd animals they are very affectionate if they trust you, and very wary if they don't know you. Try throwing them some dried corn a few times, they'll fall in love with you and be eating out your hand and wanting cuddles in no time.

Here in Sweden (since we have free roam laws you can just do this) you can walk into a field with sheep, sit down on the ground, and usually they will just walk up to you for cuddles/curiosity, even if you are a stranger. Just watch out for poop when you sit down. a sheep

Haha oh shit, you're right. But there are some other places close to this where you can pet sheep as well, and they basically behave the same way.
