Absolutely. I use feed two birds with one scone all the time.

Adoption of this one is heavily dependent on how you pronounce scone.

Also I'm not sure if the birds prefer jam or cream on the top.

I'd say neither. It probably inhibits their aerodynamics. Better to put that stuff on the scone.
