Which is a prettyanageable definition. It's a cliche that everything is political, but it's also somewhat true. Banning pictures from protests would be a weird move IMHO.
Then let's create another one without any politics [email protected], or lemmy.cafe for instance), and let's start posting pictures of protests, armed conflict, wars happening anywhere in the world in this one, everyday.

Not everybody on Lemmy/Piefed/Mbin is a US citizen. Europe had a few important political events recently, nobody posted about them here to respect that rule.
Probably not useful to you, but I've been using the pics that I deem political as a way to vet the accounts that want to politicize everything and I block them.
Keep the (good, nonpolitical) pics coming!
This (topic) reminds me of the mid-late century thrashing around about trying to definine "pornography."
Is a picture of a Swastika flag, with no context or background - just a picture of a flag on a table - political?
