I appreciate the correction - you're completely right. The group behind this is indeed, International Centre of Justice for Palestinians. I overlooked the fact that the different groups might use the same acronym - not my brightest moment. Thank you for pointing this out!
And I didn't realize there was a Council of Jewish Parliamentarians.
