No, that's what modders are for. Why pay your expensive developers to make a full and fun game when you can develop a husk of a fun game and let volunteers do the rest?

They already did apparently, "there are so many ways to enjoy Starfield" according to that Bethesda guy gaslighting me on my negative Steam review.
How in their right mind can they charge for a DLC?
