There's gotta be something in da rules about this, surely.
This would be covered by a bunch of rules actually. The primary being the wish can not cause disaster. I would speculate that the chance of death is nearly guaranteed which of course is the biggest rule they couldn't break. You'd also lose the fairies as that wish would be considered truly evil
