5'9 sounds accurate, but 180 pounds? That seems a bit generous. I bet they just asked him and didn't bother weighing him.

Nahh, density makes a big difference. He's probably a rather weak old man, so therefore doesn't have all that much non-fat weight.
On the other side, even basic body builders are obese by BMI standards.

As a New York City resident who lived through Rudy's term, may I say how glad I am to see that picture.
In a few years he might qualify for a work-release program through Four Seasons Landscaping.
Does Rudy have the money to post bail?
I'm sure some seedy bailbond place will happily loan him the money.

Giuliani was sober when he spoke to reporters as he left his Manhattan apartment earlier Wednesday to fly to Atlanta.
I legit thought this is what the third bullet point said.
As opposed to all the other times he's talked to reporters...
