Only one letter further.
In Greek as well.

Also in Icelandic!
In Ireland it's Éire, while Iceland is An Íoslainn, so it doesn't really work 😕
Not in Dutch however. There it's IJsland and Ierland. You'll have to go through several more character shufflings to make it.
