The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have said they carried out an airstrike on a humanitarian aid convoy in Gaza aimed at “armed assailants” trying to hijack it but the charity that organised the aid said people killed in the strike were employees of the transport company it was working with.

The convoy, organised by the US-based NGO Anera, was carrying medical supplies and fuel to an Emirati-run hospital in Rafah on Thursday evening at the time of the attack. Its route had been coordinated in advance with the IDF, under a deconfliction process intended to prevent aid vehicles being bombed.

Anera’s Palestine country director, Sandra Rasheed, said: “This is a shocking incident. The convoy, which was coordinated by Anera and approved by Israeli authorities, included an Anera employee who was fortunately unharmed.

Again Israel attacks anyone and everyone standing next to anyone/anything they claim is Hamas.

  • Civilians
  • Hospitals
  • Aid workers
  • Reporters
  • Mosques
  • Hostages

Why are we still arming them? Repeatedly?

[–] [email protected] 45 points 6 months ago (4 children)

Because the Christians love it. They get to move the clock forward on their rapture and see Muslims die. They consider it a fantastic thing. Because they're monsters.

They consider it a fantastic thing. Because they're monsters.

Infuriatingly, that about covers most of world politics 😮‍💨

Oh is that why Biden arms them?

Let’s not pretend this is just a few extremist Christians, its much deeper than that.

It's a nation built on the graves of the natives

The founding father and first president of Palestine, Raj Amin Al-Huseni, was a member of the richest land owning family in palestine, a family who earned it's wealth by being given the throne of jerusalem in a wedding present when the patriarch of the al-huseni clan, Husayn ibn Ali married the profit Muhammad's daughter Fatima.

The profit Muhammad owned the throne of Jerusalem after migrating from the Arabian Penninsula and conquering it from the natives.

Oh, Raj is a title. It comes from the Sanskrit word 'raja,' which means 'prince.'

Raj Amin Al-Huseni was an islamic royalist, and next in line to inherit the kingdom of jersuem to rule as a king.

Ok, cool. Better bomb aid convoys then or something.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Congress arms them. It has little to nothing to do with the president.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 6 months ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 4 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Which was allowed under Congress's authorization. The president can't sell weapons to just anyone. Well unless they're part of the Republican cult.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago) (1 children)

And you know unless he fucking wants to.

Stop trying to absolve him.

Because it's the same usa that made the illegal, war in iraq, killed millions and tortured prisoners in Abu Ghraib.

[–] [email protected] 70 points 6 months ago (1 children)

This is what you get for trying to help sick children.

[–] [email protected] 26 points 6 months ago (1 children)

The stupidest part for me is Israel's explanation. The trucks were under attack from terrorists so we bombed the trucks.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 6 months ago (2 children)

"The trucks were hijacked by terrorists so we bombed the terrorists."

Fixed it for you

[–] [email protected] 11 points 6 months ago (1 children)

so in a possible hostage situation as far as IDF claims (the hijacking), you bomb the bad guy with hostages? got it

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago)

You are talking about a nation who's current president was accidentally shot by IDF friendly fire, while he was personally storming a hijacked airplane to rescue 60 hostages from palestinian terrorists.

So yeah they are going to take the bad guys out, even if some of the good guys get hurt.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 6 months ago (1 children)

Down voted for telling the truth. Typical...

I still don’t truly understand how the international Community still lets this bullshit fly. How many humanitarian missions hospitals and reporters are they gonna be allowed to kill before somebody fucking does something about this?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 6 months ago

It's just the US and it's brothers in colonialism at this point.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago)

Because the US uses its Security Council veto to prevent the UN from taking action.

And Palestine isn't in NATO.

What other international organization could intervene? The Arab League? The last time Arab countries fought a war against Israel to try to liberate Palestine, they lost. (And remember, Israel has nuclear weapons now, while no Arab country does.)

Israel Occupation Forces is becoming popular on social media.

[–] [email protected] 13 points 6 months ago* (last edited 6 months ago)

They only need to scooch that 'D' in the acronym over three letters, and I think they'll have something.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 6 months ago

No they should have two new branch of force so it become :

Israel Colonising Force for West Bank

Israel Defence Force to defend Israel

Israel Extermination Force for Gaza

[–] [email protected] 13 points 6 months ago

Israel is evil. News at 11

[–] [email protected] 6 points 6 months ago (1 children)

what an interestingly worded headline.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 6 months ago (1 children)
[–] [email protected] 4 points 6 months ago

I guess the comment has an issue with the "fatal" in the headline, because the staff are unharmed.

Which I find weird that they are more concern with wording than the act of aurstriking.

IOF Source: Trust me bro

The last time they claimed this was because the convoy had armed protection and to the IOF any presumed Palestinian with a gun is a terrorist. Investigated themselves and found no wrong doing. US agrees and sends more bombs and congratulates the apartheid state for defending itself from aid workers trying to stop the genocide.

Yeah, the IDF.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 6 months ago (2 children)

Wow, most misleading title ever.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 6 months ago (4 children)

How so? Seems pretty clear it was humanitarian aid convoy in Gaza, and it it was Israel that launched an attack on it that killed people.

What's your angle?
