Arguably, some degree of food supply uncertainty is most natural, and what our metabolism developed to accommodate. Security is great, morally, but I don't think our caveman metabolism is adjusting that quickly. I don't think that should curtail the efforts we make to secure food for all, but it's worth consideration.
We just need to end sugar and corn syrup subsidies.

Nah we turned "not being able to afford breakfast" into intermittent fasting.
But what about all that avocado toast I am told is the cause of poorness?
Now if only I could afford the van, I too could be homeless. Just like I've always wanted.
