Collins told RNZ that assertions by China’s ambassador to New Zealand that appropriate advance notice of the drills had been given were “wrong”.

it was my older brother. but yea. totally. then sneaks in shots 'against the rules' (or the law, even) whenever and wherever possible besides.

It's alright, we obviously didn't need that one. The government said we are not going to replace it.
