That’s a great point, I hadn’t even noticed the absence of UV degradation until you mentioned it. It likely hasn’t seen an undrawn curtain for most of it’s existence

Woah, a CD tray you're right! I was imagining it slot loaded like a Wii, but I reckon that wasn't around or too expensive hah. Shame about the missing bits
I noticed it because in the article there is a photo of the previous known Playstation and has something that this one is missing at the front.

Sick, this is a genuinely cool piece of hardware history I wish we had a chance to explore more.
This is, at least for me, the holy grail of videogames relics.
I'm still super fond of the Net Yaroze development PlayStations. This would be cool to have, but I'm not sure what you could do with it.
