No Genuinely how did this happen. Adding someone to a signal group is like a 4 step process. It is genuinely so difficult to fuck up.

Which is why they failed at it. There are actually getting high on each other's farts, which is a two step process.
I'd like to think they were just trying to be transparent with the media. Yeah, that sounds right.
