It's always a good time to become a patient gamer (if you're into single player games).

"Fear of missing out" in case anybody was debating if its worth clicking on the headline just to find out what the fuck FOMO is. Or maybe I'm just stupid.
I wouldn't call you stupid because there's always someone who doesn't know something, but this one is surprising to me. I thought FOMO was a pretty well established acronym.
Maybe I was just one of the lucky 10.000 then :-) Also, non native speaker, so I guess there is that.
Classic FOMO to have FOMO about the meaning of FOMO.
It's FOMO all the way down.

Hence why idiots pre order digital games that can’t run out of stock. Fucking morons that keep live service scams running.
Only reason I "preorder" is because I want to pre-load a game I'd buy at launch anyways.
But those stupid boni you get for doing that could all go away as far as I'm concerned.
Don't even get me started with battle pass. I always make fun of my friends that wear the battle pass gear. I ask them if they get that from the debit card quest.
I also don't get the concept of cosmetics in single player games. Like why who is going to see that?
