I have my wife's full name in too. I don't even know why, I don't have any other contacts with the same first name.

My wife is in my phone as her real name, but only because that puts her at the top of the list in my favorites (her name starts with 'A')

I just have her name followed by (AKA Wife) after. She saw it once years later and was like wtf is this!

My SO is "Name!"

Uh oh, I’d better change my wife’s name in my phone.

In my phone only the closest friends and relatives have first name privileges. Everyone else gets the "Plumber guy from x town, John" treatment.
