This is obviously just a poor translation. I can tell you from experience that toilets like this are pretty cool. The surprise is just lights, but it has a ton of other functionality. I like the bidet function and heated blow dry
I'm pretty sure that Google Translate is better at getting a reasonable tone out of Chinese->English translation than whatever they used.
