made in 2 layers so she didn't end up with a bowl full of plain chips

Didn’t even know cilantro paste existed. Sounds way better than eating leaves

Cilantro paste is a game changer for people who hate the texture of leaves but still want the flavor - you can also freeze fresh cilantro with a bit of oil in ice cube trays for a similar efect!

i actually would much rather have used fresh cilantro! The paste is more for mixing into stews and such it's a bit concentrated for this purpose but I was out.

Also improved with tomato and jalapeño but the person I made it for can't eat 'em.

Can I have some of those? They look amazing!

absolutely!

Oh, delicious looking! Unfortunate I have the 'cilantro is soap' genes though.

for you, some oregano instead!

Damn I'll have to try it this way soon. That looks absolutely delicious. I make a bbq version pretty often myself that's a framily favorite. I'll top it with a drizzle of queso/bbq sauce along with a jalepeno coleslaw relish

Please stop calling American "cheese" Cheddar.. It's a great injustice to a good cheese unlike the American gunk. Thank you!

lol it's cheddar cheese off a block that was shredded bro.

I don't see anyone here calling it American cheese. Also, I'm American and American cheese is not cheese imo, I will never purchase it.
