This is an industry marketing / blogspam article which only exists to pad out the marketing efforts of the company making the turbine.

It's not news, and it's only presenting the viewpoint of the company who is marketing themselves.

The tolerances are probably the same as aircraft at the minimum. Most likely uses similar tolerance to the space program. You wouldn't even think of trying to remachine if it had a energetic collision.
