I changed my VS Code theme to Dracula around Halloween 2016 for fun. I never changed it back.
Nord but with a few color tweaks for readability

I like Nord for its cool colors and wide availability of ports. Code, Rider, and Terminal all have a nice consistent look on my machine.
Catppuccin Frappé, Gruvbox (both light and dark versions), and Ayu Mirage
One Dark.
Atom's One Dark theme is my goto
For me , Catppuccin with Noctis syntax.
I've used Nord, Sapphire, and Catppuccin over the years, and I would recommend trying all of them.
Synth Waves 84 with a few colors tweaks to the comments to make them more green. Also disabled gloomy effects even though that can look cool for 5 seconds.
Monokai Dark Soda - I love the contrast of the default Monokai theme, but it's a bit too yellow for my taste.
