Even as a technical user it's just nice to have a descent mod manager.

I can download and extract the mod but checking them all to see if they have updates or what dependencies they have is a pain.

Then later when I want to change mods what does modClothingTex do? Is it required for a mod I like or is it something I tested and didn't like. A manager can make that so much better.

Fyi the us marshals are the enforcement arm of the Federal judiciary. There is one marshall and one cheif deputy marshall per us district court.

The marshals are the group that would most likely do the arrest in this hypothetical situation. For example the FBI is mostly investigation and usually when they get enough information for an arrest they pass it off to the marshals if it's a federal crime.

I blame her loss on her being a bad candidate who wouldn't push popular positions. Harris was a week candidate from the start. She dropped out of the primary in 2020 with only 3% support and then got the VP nom.

It would take more than removing birthright citizenship. Congress granted U.S. citizenship to Puerto Rico citizens in 1917.

I'm not so sure. Climate change had doomed PR. Increasing storms, sea level rise, and location make it an increasingly unviable place to live. If they go out on their own they have nowhere to go.

As it they can move to a state and vote without needing any government approval or immigration. They are US citizens. I live in Florida and have a fair number of friends who are from PR. All of their families are planning on moving here.

blade runner 2049. It's a crap story with crap acting and direction. The visuals are just bad. I have no idea why it's so liked.

There was a NSA program that listened to soviet messages by collecting the transmissions that bounced off the moon.

If you don't code with undefined behavior compiler updates can apply to legacy code. I've been through enough compiler upgrades with microcontrollers that it's old hat.

A portion of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore has collapsed after a large boat collided with it early on Tuesday morning, sending multiple vehicles into the water.

At about 1.30am, a vessel crashed into the bridge, catching fire before sinking and causing multiple vehicles to fall into the water below, according to a video posted on X.

“All lanes closed both directions for incident on I-695 Key Bridge. Traffic is being detoured,” the Maryland Transportation Authority posted on X.

Matthew West, a petty officer first class for the coastguard in Baltimore, told the New York Times that the coastguard received a report of an impact at 1.27am ET. West said the Dali, a 948ft (29 metres) Singapore-flagged cargo ship, had hit the bridge, which is part of Interstate 695.
