Prions are still a concern when eating people, even if fully cooked.

Probably better to serve something else.

They (king trump/president musk) have been doing a lot in the first month, including the first 3 weeks...

Were you referencing another they?

The media (at large) has been running cover for his actions by diverting to tweets and vibe arguments, barely covering or analyzing the policy actions.

What algorithm is providing you news?

This is an aggregator that is useful.

We can wish that the new appointments have qualifications to match. Wish in one hand.....

To be accurate, those were actions they (Canada and Mexico) have either taken in the past or committed to in the past for other administrations. They simply confirmed prior commitments.

Trump and the state news apparatus acted like this was new and that it was a win. Also promised 30 days without a tariff against them.

A week later he still applied tariffs on steel and aluminum.

Which will impact Canada, Mexico, the world, and ultimately the price of a huge segment of goods used or made by American industry.

They're also retaliating with equal tariffs.

We're alienating allies all over the globe.

Gotta question the optimism.

The Democrats, or any party for the matter, can be as ready to vote on something as they want.

The majority leader decides what makes it to the floor for a vote.

Can't vote for bills that aren't in front of you.

It's a good option to have, imo. People will try to commit suicide, even without this.

They'll fail and become a larger burden to society in a lot of cases. Or run up medical bills and exist miserably.

With this method, folks who are interested have to clear a hurdle beyond their own emotions and survival instincts.

If they're committed to the act, this ensures a dignified end vs many terminal conditions.

Suffering near end of life can be horribly tortuous. The ability to end the suffering on your terms with dignity is a benefit to society and those suffering.

Do you feel hospice care is a bad thing? It's one step removed from assisted suicide in many ways.

In hospice care they often give you enough drugs to end it quickly, and instruct the caregivers to NOT call emergency services.

We're all going to die, at least we can make it somewhat civil.

Its not only rubber for car tires. There's a lot of extras to add longevity, and change performance in certain conditions.

Plastic is mostly made from hydrocarbon chains. So are rubber polymers it seems.

Not sure if it matters if the plastic is from a tree or pumped from a really old tree.

A second department, no less, to improve efficiency in the government.

The GAO exists.

Are two efficiency offices more efficient than one?

The DNC and RNC are 527 non profit companies.

In a country where money == speech and corporations are allowed to use their freedom to speak freely.

They're actively supporting the largest voices in the room, corporations.
