Drug use is often just a symptom of self medication for mental health disorders (obviously not always). Punishing people and then pushing them back out to the community clearly doesn't work.
So perhaps look at addressing the cause rather than the symptoms.

"censor" is probably a bit enthusiastic.. I hope they redact better than that.

Of course your credibility is impacted. From a non-US citizen I thought it was ridiculous the first time he was elected and had headline after headline of ridiculous changes / events. The fact that he is now the preferred candidate AFTER what he did as president is already enough to tarnish America's credibility

The heck , why would you not use butter before the nutella?

Congratulations on your unpopular opinion. It's an interesting point that clearly has hit a nerve with people. There's a lot of "what-about-ism" in these comments.
I think the important take out of climate change is individually you don't have to do everything (i.e. compost, put solar on, sell your car, avoid showering) but it is important that you do something that you can adjust in your life. If that's deciding to not buy another pet after your current one passes, good for you. If pets are a fabric of your being, then maybe looking for carbon reduction solutions elsewhere would be beneficial.

and the farting is something you’ve totally conjured out of thin air. None of these details were in OP’s post

No joke, it's called an example.
So seeing as we're all on the same page re: staring being inappropriate. How long do you consider to be too long to look at someone? I wonder if that's the same as OP. Theres nothing wrong with asking for more context if it can help people understand, because as everyone is saying, this seems unusual behavior and not acceptable..

Sorry, there's more to the story

Nah I'm on this guy's side. I think there needs to be more context. In most western countries it's generally rude to stare. So is OP walking in to lectures late, is he farting loud as he's walking, does he perceive a glance as staring too long.. or actually do people in his area just stare too much ?
Further context is warranted to paint the picture.

If youre friendly "who took the large chopping board?" Implies is not where it should be.
You'd expect a response of "I've got it in my room, cutting up fine herbs" or something of the sort.

Get out of here. The pizza base is cooked, looking at the sauce/mayo it's cold, the pizza looks colds, the red onion is uncooked. Apparently everyone forgot the cheese, the protein has got up and walked to another table. Get out of town.

My suggestion is there needs to be some serious cultural and political change before America shits the bed and becomes a fucking hot mess. Now whether that is realistic is something completely different.
The fact were in 2024 and half of your country is effectively promoting rape and refusing care for 50% of your population (females) is absolutely wild to me. So I don't know your culture enough to provide a realistic alternative. But coming from a country that sees America as an Ally, I hope the country gets its shit together sooner rather than later.
