Billions of people, including those in high positions and with cameras on them all the time wake up every day, go about their business and then go to bed in the evening without even once doing a nazi salute by accident throughout their day. DEI is diversity, equity and inclusion. They are basically saying that the fires are so bad because they hired a bunch of women, black and gay people. If they had only hired MEN (TM) to the fire departements, they would have it under control by now!
