It's always been like this for most repositories that make up Android. The few projects that were truly developed in the open, such as ART, will now follow the same private branches as the rest of Android.

I hate articles that are just a tease for a YouTube video.

Yes, they are really cheap and the law (here in Sweden at least) requires all outdoor cats to be chipped. So the cat is probably already chipped anyway.

Because reading a radio signal from the chip was too easy?

I would go with a trunk based approach. In other words no other long lived branches other than main. Push for review often and merge to main as soon as it's approved.

If you don't see a need for a more complex branch strategy, you probably don't need it. Branches are always an increased risk for conflicts and can be a pain to resolve.

I have a great boss that knows that whatever I decide to do is probably the right priority. As long as our users are happy she is happy.

Is it quicker to fix it then to get the issue triaged? Just fix it and move on.

Having a stainless steel (I tend to avoid plastic for hot food) thermos mug is great. One perk is that you can keep it in a bag without getting coffee everywhere.

Since they specified "falsely" does that mean that there is legitimate witchcraft going on?

I'm using the Android tv app of Jellyfin. I usually have to select the subtitles twice. The first time I select subtitles, it will take a long time and eventually there will be an error message and no subtitles. If I then go in and select the same subtitles again, it usually works immediately.

Is this a known problem and is there anything I can do to remedy the problem?

I hate that my gaming time is dependent on some service from Microsoft being up.

Sleeping on the couch is the best sleep. For humans and cats.

What game should a group of around 15 colleagues play to get the most out of 3 hours after work at an internet cafe?

It's a mixed group of gamers and non gamers, and we want everyone to have a good time.

I'm thinking something where we can divide us into two teams and quite quickly get some enjoyment out of it even if most haven't played it before.
