I get what you mean but Starship Troopers is a critique of war and militarized states.
It varies based on both the model and front end. Most SaaS AIs let you choose from several models. If you run it yourself you have much more choice.

It's easy to try for yourself. You can go find some simple programming challenges online and see if you can get ChatGPT to solve a bunch of them for you without having to dive in and learn the code.
