Because cops in America all fancy themselves the Punisher (don't even get me started on that) where everyone is out to get them and every one they shoot is one less bad guy on the street.

No incentive to change when they can get away with killing with impunity and fulfill their murder fantasies.

Asshole who shot this kid probably bragged to all his buddies about smoking a dude with a knife and got attaboys all around.

Brain plasticity is absolutely a thing, and there are exercises you can do to maintain and even regain some of your brain plasticity.

I am still trying to figure out how I am currently working more than I ever have with less free time than ever, and yet also manage to somehow have less disposable income than ever as well...

Do you know how hard it is to legally immigrate to another country, especially for the majority of folks?

Don't forget punishing you for spending all your time and money on sugar, ice, water, pitchers, and practice learning to make lemonade.

Not really. People forget that most of the rest of the industrialized world at the time was devastated by one of the most destructive wars in human history. Essentially the rest of the world was dependent on US manufacturing, which was virtually unscathed.

That being said, the current situation is absolutely unacceptable. We are fully in the late stages of capitalism, and wages have not be remotely linked to productivity. The only reason anyone in the United States is living in poverty is greed. (I can't speak of other places as I don't know enough about their economies to have an informed opinion).

We live in the richest nation in the world, and the shrinking/struggling economic middle class is a direct result of Reaganomics and under-regulated free market capitalism.

And yet, as a leftist redneck, I whole heartedly approve of the change.

Feel a little more seen, even if it doesn't mean anything.

80% of self identified Christians in America haven't read the bible cover to cover.

They base their entire identity on a fucking book they haven't even read. They just go listen to some asshole tell them what to think, and say "yup, that's what I'll base my idea of morality on!"

But, in this sense, she's almost certainly referring to mulled cider, which is pretty much exclusively made with the hard stuff, with the some additional flavors and spices, and likely spiked as well.

My personal favorite recipe involves hard cider, cranberry juice, spices, and then spiked with rum.

It's much more fall feeling and alcoholic than either cider alone.

I know we're holding our breath for EK65 or Vlad, but I'm happy to see us pick up a guy that can hold his on against a goon like Wilson.

Not sure if mini gaming and resin prints are welcome here, but I'm trying my hand at printing an extra-galactic space bug army and this is my first finished print. Printed on my anycubic photon ultra D2 in anycubic's craftsman DLP grey resin.
