Controlled production is not the same thing as a subsidy. Canada controls supply. There is a quota system. No US dairy supplier ever uses their quota, so don't get dinged with tariffs.

Just to further your point. It's like Cirque du Soleil, scripted, but they are really doing those moves.
I worked on computers for years and I can confirm that fixing software and I can confirm many vulgar epithets coming out of my mouth.

I think something everyone forgets is, if we had human based foreign intelligence services, if they were good at their jobs, we would never know.
We also have multiple agencies, not just CSIS that conducts intelligence operations. CSE and CFINTCOM come to mind, as well as others. In fact, CFINTCOM specifically calls this out on their Canada.ca page; "strategic, operational and tactical human intelligence resources"

I'm not saying that the bonds story is true or not, and neither is Snopes. The article you linked said they don't know if it's true or not, and no one will tell them. Hardly a smoking gun. Really all Snopes does is attempt to discredit Blundell.
Under normal circumstances, and with someone else (not Carney) I would say it's bullshit, but Carney is one of the few people in the world that I think could pull it off, if it's true. Believe me, I am still skeptical about it's truth, but it's not far fetched.
