I hate windows doing windows things but that's an oxymoron take because computers aren't known to cause fires, if there was an apparent danger around leaving PCs on unattended, then there would've been legal repercussion. This is just a mere annoyance to most.

Dude, there's massive differences between shrapnel and a bullet. The size, velocity, whether it was tumbling or not. Biggest factor here's tumbling, if a bullet was tumbling, it would make a fucking mess to the target aka Medo, same as shrapnel. The point of a bullet is to have clean entrance and exit wound (if it penetrated all the way thru).
