They're wearing masks, so it's 2020 or later in the photo, but weed was legalized federally in 2018. If cops in Canada did post this, they're dumber than I gave them credit for.

Sorry, when have "munchies" been associated with drinking and driving? That's a ridiculous stretch. This occurred outside because of the amount of space it would take indoors.

Cannabis also causes impairment and, coincidentally, munchies. That being said, all of the potheads I have known absolutely do not drive after partaking, though I cannot say the same about friends who have drank more than legal limits...
