I heard from a friend who does medicare data analytics at health insurance companies that when they tried to model which patients to deny it explicitly suggested never approving certain interventions for black people
thats probably what trump administration is after, denying POCs, gays, Democrats even since they are likely to have acess to voter rolls too.
