This is terrifying. Anybody can pretend to be ICE and kidnap in broad daylight.
I went to a Walgreens to buy nail clippers since I was nearby and had a bad hangnail.
Had to push a red button to wait for an employee to unlock the cabinet. After 10 minutes, I ran to find a random employee who was stocking and they got me what I needed.
That was the first and last time I ever went to Walgreens.
Had a ex-friend who went real hard last year about feeling his masculinity has been challenged. Went deep into the manosphere language. He was extra annoying. Every convo was about how he, a white man in America, was being repressed. He started labelling random shit as masculine/feminine. Got sick this and stopped inviting him.
A few months later, I learned the divorce was finalized and he's been sending me invites to hang with him in his bachelor pad. Nah dog you suck now.
Americans seriously forgot about 2016-2020 when Trump spent most of his time bitching and not doing shit?
Welcome back to the suck Americans.
As a person of color, we do not trust the police.
This is why.
Looks like it's actually the workers who bring value, and not the owner.
Funny how that works.
At my job, we have an error code that is similar to this. On the frontend, it's just like error 123.
But in our internal error logs, it's because the user submitted their credit card, didnt fully confirm, press back, removed all the items out of their cart, removed their credit card, then found their way back to the submit button through the browser history and attempted to submit without a card or a cart. Nothing would submit and no error was shown, but it was UI error.
It's super convoluted. And we absolutely wanted to shoot the tester who gave us this use case.
I don't see it that way. Long vehicles at IKEA, Lowe's, hell even Michael's -- I don't care. Their parking lots are built for that. And the stuff they get.
Long vehicles in a fucking Trader Joes, definitely asshole material.
I read this in another comment about how news always protects the officer's names, while sharing the name of the victim.
