I mean seriously. What the heck is this?

None of the boxes I clicked on helped and it just kept making more dancing hippos appear each time.

It either wants the cookie, or the turtle. I see 3 cookies on that thing, it wants the cookie.

So the first round was cat faces and bunnies and that failed and then that became cookie cat faces, where I'm still not entirely sure some of them were cookies and those failed. And then it started doing weird cookie blobs and hippos and dramatic bunnies.

I failed the captcha 7 times before I simply gave up and opened the webpage in Firefox to finish my purchase.

If they are gonna use prompts like that... They shouldn't use prompts like that.

I've had similar, I clicked skip, same thing, clicked skip again, same thing, clicked skip... Then it just passed me as not a bot

Captcha's aren't always straight forwards, or they'd be much easier for bots to solve. Often they will analyze reaction time and cursor movement, or some other obscure metric. One site I use will almost always fail you the first time, but if you reload the page and try again it almost always passes you.

Cookie + Tortoise may be a result of "Animal Cookie"

In which case the correct answer may have been top left, centre, and bottom left?

Just a guess though.

I got this exact same cookie and turtle image prompt for a captcha, except the options were a techno rainbow background with random disfigured raccoon faces. I think someone poisoned that particular model and no one in the team has noticed.

Judging by the other crazy captcha posts popping up today, you're probably right

Maybe? I had to pass 3 in a row to clear the captcha and it yelled at me every time I thought I was getting it right. And decided I wasn't human by the third each time.

I just made a browser swap until it stopped asking me to do a captcha at all.

It really felt like whoever tagged the image and set the generative images didn't communicate and failed somewhere to connect. Which made it a really bad captcha.

I had one of these the other day with the exact "image" I had to match. I went through three different sets before decided I wasn't a bot.

When you train the AI (that's what happening now with captchas) then your decisions become part of the AI.

You are a bot.

This captcha wanted something from me that I just don't know what. It's like they tested a new AI image generation tool and it got every single prompt wrong to let me succeed it.
The only right way to play was to not play at all.

Isn’t that a yoko?
