Don’t forget, the original size and appearance of the clothing doesn’t matter. A twink crop top will fit The Rock, and full plate will become a chainmail bikini on a feminine figure.

first class in RPG character school is how to tailor clothes in the field

The opposite worked really well in the Gothic series with clothes/armor being tied to and representing social status.

Listen, it had higher stats

Sometimes they fall from the sky right at the start of the game.

Ahha Morrowind, such good times. I definitely killed myself with those boots at least a few times.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 2 months ago

Yes, but they are fancy boots, your dead ass looked dead-ass sexy.

Could be, it was like 10 years ago. I remember the side screaming out of the sky and looting the corpse to get something which launches you miles up with no damage reduction. Maybe I'm confusing for the boots of blinding speed which were also brilliant.

This looks more like a tax collector situation to me

What's the current meta in that quest?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

Snitches end up in ditches, just pass it by

Rocket propelled grenade games

Just yesterday, I made the opposite miscorrection involuntarily when someone fired a bazooka at Green Arrow and Spartan was apparently startled by someone playing Neverwinter Nights 2.

..that might be one of the geekiest sentences I've ever written 😄

Is this Charlie Brown grown up?

[–] [email protected] 17 points 2 months ago

No, he found Charlie Brown's corpse earlier.

You can still get the experience when someone else commits murder, but only if you do at least one damage to the victim first.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago

I'm told the government said they'd allow anyone involved in the murder, even if they didn't do any damage

I love role playing game games

[–] [email protected] 11 points 2 months ago

This trait is so ingrained that anytime an RPG had dialogue to point out what an ass I'm being I surprisedpikachu.jpg IRL

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 months ago

Hitman also do be like that.

If I'm gonna make it to Louisville, I gotta make use of what I can. One can only stomp so many zombie heads.

I had this exact one to one experience playing kingdom come deliverance a month back.

Was this also the original context of this comic?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 2 months ago

Yeah, I feel like it would have been funnier without the text

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

Yes, it was made by an Eastern European iirc.

I think they make it wordless because it works and gave it a wider audience.

Should have a signature "KRL 2006" it looks like.

I want to say the artist may be Polish, but I may be completely wrong, vague memories.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago

Appears so, but it looks like it used to just say "RPG."

Good grief.
