The article mentions "birth control" and "contraceptives," but there's nothing in this article or in the proposed formulary regarding birth control medication intended to be used post-conception (other than Plan B aka levonorgestrel).

I wonder if the Yukon government is planning on expanding access to abortion medication eventually or if they're hoping contraceptives are enough. As it is, people still struggle to get to clinics and hospitals in Whitehorse for timely care and if you go to the wrong place or at the wrong time, you're on the hook for the cost. I read an article on this just a few weeks ago.
