Premiers hold zero power outside of their provinces, and anything related to international relations is the responsibility of the federal government, not the provincial one.

This, along with the countless illegal and corrupt activities she's been inacting within her own province, she should be investigated by the RCMP and CSIS and be crushed under the full weight of the book.
