Is anyone working on a router/browser blocklist that can be used to filter AI online?

A filter that works just like ad and tracking blocklists and/or an app or extension like ublock?

This is a sarcastic answer, but kinda serious. Just go ahead and blackhole all dns responses from anything other than basically just wikipedia at this point :/
