No where in there were there any legal experts(Lawyers, Judges or legal scholars). No where in there did anyone actually suggest he'd face any consequences for his actions. Trump is a symptom of a much, much larger systemic issue that has been on slow burn for decades, but the thing that Trump does that no one else can do is have such a massive fanatical fanbase. They do not have any other person who can rile people up while also being an absolute moron who insults them at every turn and treats them worse than whatever shit he has them lick off his shoes.

If the bullet fired at him last year had hit him between the eyes and killed him before he hit the ground, it would not solve the problem, but it would have abso-fucking-lutely had a massive effect on everything. It would have hindered their ability to go forward with a lot of shit since his fanbase would have been heavily divided. Trump's attribute is that he is the glue that keeps their movement together, but not the actual mover of that movement. Trump doesn't have beliefs. He does not give a fuck about anything other than himself. He does not care about his children, grandchildren, wife, ex-wives/mistresses, his country, his friends (whom he does not have). He does not care at all about anything other than self-aggrandizement, enriching himself, and staying out of prison/legal punishment for his countless misdeeds.
