Remember TX: lots of little marches will stretch repressive resources thin and keep many more people safe than a large protest that doesn't move, allowing it to be kettled.

7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

Let me guess, the protests in TX aren't even that remarkable.
They have been very peaceful and pleasant, even a conservative friend who saw one thought it was good they were out there and complaining.
Lots of ‘Citizen Soldiers’ taken from their full time careers and family, at the (yuge) expense of tax payers, for no reason.
Just wait till Joe Rogan comments on it.
It's totally wild to me how Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson just dominated the podcast space. I was off listening to The Adventure Zone and Stuff You Missed In History Class and Revolutions and mfs kept asking me to listen to those dipshits. I tried one episode of Rogan and was like "this sucks, he's a fucking idiot", and they were like "yeah, I know, right? It's great!"
Agreed the amount of people who have been brainwashed by Rogan is ridiculous. Most of the people I work with religiously follow him and whatever he says is 100% true.
It begins it now official we are a police state.
Nah, it's just blatantly unignorable now.
