They’ll just bring their brand of crazy to our politics and culture.
The sentiment is probably related to escaping that politics and culture.

There is likely high variance per state. Secession is definitely an easier path than a vote splitting alternative to DNC to escape their zionisist first agenda, which has so far meant supporting Trump in only important vote.
Making cars/everything expensive for all Americans in the hope of more localized jobs in 5 years is a big ask for everyone not getting those jobs, or for complete failure with severe recession.
Stock indexes, typical stocks, are down about 10% from highs around that period.
mass deportations
that is the problem. Deport as much mass as possible. Guidance around "deportation of criminals" can mean more "mass" if defined as any objectionable/unknown tattoo, instead of a narrower mandate of specific known gang affiliation tattoos. That would still be a problem in that a tattoo is not a criminal conviction.
Pro, if I do say so myself, tip: Do not insert the balls. Leave them out and slapping.
I hope they use more export tariffs than retaliation (import) tariffs. Increasing prices in US has more impact than them losing sales, and especially if we're boycotting even non-tariffed products.
In the end, tariffs are terrible for unity. Cooperation between nations. But, Alberta may care about its oil profits more than about Ontario employment. The same happens in US though. You have a trade deficit with your barber, and shouldn't care that much. But paying $5k-$10k more for a car to support policy that will supposedly create more jobs in Michigan, in 5 years, doesn't have huge appeal to non Michigan auto workers.
Every year since 2008, the US has had a overall trade surplus excluding energy and at an average of about $30B. Energy is good, especially when it is provided at a discount.
It is dumb to "force Canadians" to never buy US products. It also means losing Canada as a military client. When you have a trade surplus, then even if all Canadian production were to be replaced for US production, it is a net loss in US production. Less total sales by US firms.
It's not worth celebrating if he just stops saying it out loud. Still, unclear if he just understands whatever last person he talked to says, or if it was productive because Carney caved on everything.
It's the scrambling of the eggs that hurts the baby.
Carney/Joli statements:
Negotiate military/trade relationship after election. Retaliatory tariffs still happen on April 2. Lutnick/Leblanc intensive discussions to happen in meantime.
At a minimum, US needs to announce USMCA compliant trade is exempt (nearly all auto trade?). There still hasn't been retaliation for steel/alumnium tariffs, but permanent USMCA exemption, is path to leverage Canadian cost advantage for future auto plants/shift increases.
The disingenous harrassment on this issue is that "The US must continue to hate Iran because of their successful coup on the Shah, and Iran never congratulated the US for the favour". Hate against Iran today, since 1999/2001, is pure and simple, part of service to Israel agenda.
Michigan and Minnesota. With California and NY (50/50) state, GDP of Canada could be higher than remaining US.
