Yeah .world sucks. probably the worst instance after the tankie ones.
So what happened at Blahaj?
Mods didn't like the instance owner enforcing the instance rules on "their" community
Which rules were a problem?
Transphobia and actually moderating reports. They never checked the blahaj.zone instance reports and left the admins to deal with them, then complained about how they were dealt with
This is just blatantly false. Not sure where Ada is getting this. I was on every day. We never had reports older than 2 days. Anytime we got a "reports are piling up" from Ada we had like 3 reports from the same day that were a few hours old.
I feel like someone should mention this because it's a conflict of interest; Kolanaki was banned from blahaj.
Not exactly unbiased in their complaining.
Nothing, then the mods locked it
Next time they'll move back to reddit, just you wait 🤣
Dude needs to eat more fiber...
The previous programmer on my project.
At one point I had a team member nicknamed John Wayne, because no shit would stick to them.
People can do what they want, the only problem with .world is not enough niche communities and sometimes too much political content. Other than that, I don’t care. It has the most content turnover than other instances, so that’s less depressing.
Report bigotry and downvote/block trolls or assholes.
it's sand
I'm turned on anyway /j
I really hope these aren't my last comments
Banned /j
It will be recorded in the An~~n~~als
?
Lemmy.world is basically like Reddit 2.0.
Why the move?
196 admin decided to do it without warning or asking anybody
