I expect the software to improve. The "fediverse chick" spam is the perfect opportunity to test countermeasures.
DMs don't worry me that much, but botted content, upvotes and comments would kill the platform like any other.

Given that she looks pretty much the same in multiple outfits across multiple pictures, I would assume that they are stolen from some 2000s online site
The person and the background look too similar between photos for this to be AI. The person behind the scam probably searched the web, and stole this poor person's photos. Judging from the poor quality, I'd date it around ~2008

Whoever hacked this poor fellow's webcam seems to have captured a much better photo to use in their scams.
Finally got blessed with an inbox from Nicole today and found this post. Hope this lady at least sent these images to someone and it’s not just someone creeping on their cam.
