This is the time to step back and ask ourselves if women's sex toys have gone too far.

[–] dumbass@leminal.space 33 points 1 month ago (1 children)
[–] Shapillon@lemmy.world 13 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Usually clitoral stimulation is more useful than craming something up untip it tickles your eyeball :p

[–] dumbass@leminal.space 10 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Nah we need to go deeper into dark depraved depths of our dirty deviant desires.

[–] Shapillon@lemmy.world 6 points 1 month ago

Myeh idk. I'm probably the least qualified person to butt in.

Vanilla sexuality makes me really incomfortable, especially penetrative sex. I prefer things like rigging people, impact play, and RP :p

Otoh, speaking with a lot of other people with vaginas around me, length is usually one of the least important features for penetrative sex. Texture, girth, vibration, clitoral stim, etc almost always rank hier.

But there are indeed some communities like size queens and kings who really enjoy absurdly long - and sometimes large - toys.

No need to be jealous now. There's nothing about this toy that forbids men and enbies from trying it too. ;)

[–] Shapillon@lemmy.world 6 points 1 month ago (2 children)

There are very few toys that are exclusive to one body type.

[–] JustAnotherKay@lemmy.world 13 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Depending on how creative you are, there are probably no toys that are exclusive to one body type

No, thats what the gelatin eggs are for. If it goes near the digestive system it must be either edible or have a flared base.

I wanted to avoid using absolutes but I don't have any counterexamples.

[–] StupidBrotherInLaw@lemmy.world 7 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Sounds like a skill issue.

No, robot, the xenomorph is not the "perfect organism." That's a bad robot. Now let me inject more milk into your tubes here. I think I'll call you "Ash".

Day 2: It seems to have shifted overnight. We are adding a continuous power source to prevent failure during unsupervised hours.

Day 11: More items have gone missing from the lab.

[–] muzzle@lemm.ee 3 points 1 month ago

It works even better if the first entries are triumphant and overly optimistic while obvious mistakes and warming are ignored ore recasted as positives.

[–] bjoern_tantau@swg-empire.de 38 points 1 month ago

The real art lies in designing it in such a way the the destruction it will inevitably bring wrecks the building in such a way that someone entering it will find the sticks in the order that will reveal more and more ominous details.

[–] aislopmukbang@sh.itjust.works 30 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Must have missed the terminator movie with these dad bods

[–] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 23 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Body shaming an android? REALLY? 😂

It looks like Adam from Evangelion. We need to put a restraining exoskeleton on it right now.

[–] Ledericas@lemm.ee 8 points 1 month ago

Lilith actually

Wanted to know if they made any real advances in muscle actuators so I looked this up. They're pneumatic, and the model in the photo barely moves and doesn't stand on its own. An article said they will switch to hydraulics in the future. Neither pneumatics or hydraulics is efficient enough to be useful in a standalone human sized machine, so this looks like more of an art piece aimed at fleecing some idiot venture capitalists.

[–] RangerJosey@lemmy.ml 5 points 1 month ago (1 children)

To be fair. They are really dumb and easy to fleece. Remember Elons "robots" that were just people in suits.

Looks like a Westworld prototype, designed by a Daft Punk fan.

[–] unemployedclaquer@sopuli.xyz 13 points 1 month ago (2 children)

what if it could do all that and grow fermented delicacies in its robot extra parts

[–] Frozengyro@lemmy.world 11 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Get back to me when it does something I can't.

i got a "mini waffle maker", makes some weird ass sandwiches

[–] BeigeAgenda@lemmy.ca 8 points 1 month ago

Let me guess where the waffle maker is located:

ass

[–] Tangent5280@lemmy.world 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Weird-ass sandwiches or Weird ass-sandwiches?

[–] deltapi@lemmy.world 26 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Yep, but it requires a 500W electric-hydraulic pump to run the muscles. Human brain is ~20W Human heart is ~1.5W. Human body total is ~100W at rest, ~350W doing physical work.

This android has some serious efficiency issues to overcome, or it'll need to be constantly recharged.

[–] Tagger@lemmy.world 24 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I hope we don't become the batteries ...

[–] Shapillon@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

It can make a small rabbit run for days!

[–] AnUnusualRelic@lemmy.world 7 points 1 month ago

Just turn off the nVidia card while you run the robot.

[–] taiyang@lemmy.world 11 points 1 month ago

And if you hear all the reports, you even get a like achievement sticker for completion.

[–] JayDee@lemmy.sdf.org 6 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I appreciate the vibe, but this thing would be hilariously incompetent. It'd be like if all the sperm in a cum sock each individually gained sentience and tried to control the sock like a mech. That is to say - it would not be very effective.

[–] CaptainBasculin@lemmy.ml 5 points 1 month ago

man, the audio logs in Watch Dogs were a genius idea; it gives much more insight to the characters you see in the game in a natural way.

[–] Matombo@feddit.org 5 points 1 month ago

The Miclones of the Protoculture will bringe the eventual downfall of the Zentradi Empire!

[–] RangerJosey@lemmy.ml 5 points 1 month ago

I wonder if they intended to make Westworld bots initially or it was accidental?

I thought stuff like this was cool when I was a kid, and I suppose it is when the technical achievement is only considered. But I'm now I'm left wondering why we would ever want anything like this? It's meant to replace a person.

[–] Demdaru@lemmy.world 2 points 1 month ago

Efficiency, which these machines probably will not achieve in our lifetimes. When you can simply produce another worker, stuff can be done quicker and safer.

[–] Spacehooks@reddthat.com 2 points 1 month ago

Always but a self destruct on prototypes like this! They'll never be an iron man rebellion on my watch!

I dont care, this title is the real one.
